The Flitz Buff Ball is a patented polishing and buffing ball made of tough Italian Viscose fiber. It fits any standard 3/8-inch drill or air tool and will buff at speeds from 1800-2500 rpm. I gave this product a shot because my next step was to just replace the eisinglass on my boat and if it came to that (which it did) I would only be out another $60 or so with the $2500 that I ultimately had to spend.
The instructions for using the product weren't too great. It really didn't say how much to use but that wasn't too important in the end because no matter how much I would use or how long I would polish an area, it just didn't much difference.
I suppose the product would be OK for maintenance but trying for restoration is pretty much a waste of time and money.
